Investment Approach
SR Capital Partners is an emerging private equity manager, investing in private companies across North America, including the United States, Mexico and Canada. We analyze and execute our investments using our own equity capital, equity provided by our investors, and debt financing to create a capital structure that allows our portfolio companies, and their management teams, to focus on long-term value creation. We work directly with our management teams to streamline operations, invest in future growth, and growing revenues and operating margins for the benefit of all stakeholders, including employees, customers, suppliers, and the communities in which our businesses operate.
We leverage the industry experience of our Principals to invest in high quality companies that have strong business brands, leading market positions, attractive growth prospects, and the ability to generate significant returns.

- Senior managers of our portfolio companies generally invest a substantial portion of their own net worth in the business, aligning the goals of our management teams with all stakeholders.
