In addition to investing in portfolio companies through our Funds, SR Capital Partners acts as a fundless sponsor for investments opportunities that do not meet the investment criteria of our Funds. Our Principals have significant industry experience, in addition to investing experience, that can be utilized to identify, analyze and manage portfolio companies.
Investment opportunities that we will consider as fundless sponsors will range from $10 - 250 million in revenues, have strong management teams, and have an investment thesis that includes top and bottom line growth. We leverage our relationships with well-established private equity managers across a diverse range of industry sectors to locate and secure equity financing on a deal-by-deal basis.
