Our Principals Apply a Detail-Oriented, Thorough Investment Approach

Investing in private companies with revenues between $10-250 million requires Principals with relevant industry expertise to realize the potential growth opportunities available. We seek a controlling-interest in opportunities where we can purchase assets and businesses at a discount to the underlying value, and form management teams that are invested as stakeholders in the creation of long-term value. Given the background and expertise of our Principals, we will seek investment opportunities in Aerospace/Defense, Automotive, Consumer/Retail, Industrials/Manufacturing, Media/Entertainment, and Technology industries.

We Partner with Experienced Private Equity Firms to Invest in Larger Opportunities

In addition to controlling interests, we will consider co-investment opportunities in companies with reveneus of $10 - 250 million, partnering with other private equity funds to invest in larger opportunities where we would not have been able to invest otherwise. We will only consider co-investments that meet a strict criteria, including a strong management team, favorable equity position, and stable underlying value in a well-defined industry sector.

Our Principals Have Established Relationships with Investment Managers

The Principals seek opportunities to utilize their strong network of industry professionals and established private equity managers to invest in opportunities that do not meet the requirements of its current funds. For select transactions, we will partner with leading private equity funds to invest in and operate portfolio companies that are structured to benefit all stakeholders involved.
